Return, Refund, and Restocking Policy – Offalica

At Offalica, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our policy is designed to ensure an easy process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return an item within 72 hours of delivery if it meets one of the following conditions:

✔️ Damaged – The product arrived broken or defective.
✔️ Incorrect – The product is different from what was ordered.
✔️ Not as described – The item does not match the product description.

🔹 The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

2. Returnable Items

The following categories are eligible for returns:

Clothing & Accessories
👕 Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ clothing (unused, unwashed, with tags).
👞 Footwear (unused, in original packaging).
🎒 Accessories: Belts, wallets, handbags, and travel luggage.
🕶️ Watches, sunglasses, and eyewear.

Home & Kitchen
🍽️ Kitchenware, dining products, and home decor.
🛋️ Furniture (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).

Electronics
📱 Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and accessories (unused, in original packaging).
⚡ Small appliances (e.g., blenders, toasters, irons).

Sports & Fitness
🏋️‍♂️ Sporting goods, fitness equipment, and yoga accessories.

Toys & Games
🧩 Non-consumable toys and board games.

Auto Care
🚗 Car and bike accessories (unused, in original packaging).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery:

Consumables
🥗 Food, beverages, snacks, and groceries.
🐾 Pet food and pet care products.

Personal Care & Hygiene
💄 Skincare, haircare, oral care, cosmetics.
👃 Deodorants, fragrances, and grooming products.

Health & Wellness
💊 Supplements, vitamins, and health monitors.
🩺 Medical devices and PPE.

Intimate Wear
🩲 Lingerie, innerwear, swimwear, and socks.

Plants & Flowers
🌱 Indoor plants, outdoor plants, seeds, and flowers.

Gift & Digital Products
🎁 Personalized/custom gifts, gift cards, digital subscriptions, and software.

Festive Items
🎨 Holi colors, accessories, and festive decorations.

Books & Stationery
📚 Books, magazines, and stationery items.

Cleaning Supplies
🧴 Detergents, dishwash, and cleaning chemicals.

4. Restocking Fee Policy

If you wish to cancel your order or return an item, you must register a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. No restocking fee will be charged if the complaint is registered within 24 hours.

If the complaint is registered after 24 hours, a restocking fee will be applied, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, re-packaging, and restocking the item.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

6. Payment Gateway Fees

  • Payment gateway fees and any other processing charges (e.g., transaction fees) are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled or returned. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors and are outside of Offalica’s control.

7. COD (Cash on Delivery) Refund Process

If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will initiate the refund to your Offalica Wallet or by bank transfer (only for orders above ₹500). Refunds for COD orders will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is verified.

8. How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Log in to your Offalica account and go to “My Orders”.
2️⃣ Select the item you wish to return and provide a valid reason.
3️⃣ Upload clear images of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable).
4️⃣ Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if approved.

📌 Note: Items that are missing original packaging, accessories, or tags will not be accepted for return.

9. Refund Process

💳 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is verified.
✅ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or your Offalica Wallet (if applicable).

Razorpay Refund Timelines

  • UPI & Wallets: Instant to 2 days.
  • Net Banking: 2-5 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days.

10. Important Notes

⚠️ Items damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging/accessories will not be accepted for return.
📱 Electronics: Please ensure all personal data is erased before returning.

Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, customers are entitled to a 14-day return window for defective, incorrect, or misrepresented products.
